Camera, photos and video
LECHE uses your iPhone’s camera to capture photos and videos, and the microphone to record video sound when you allow it. Image processing runs on your device. The current app does not send your camera feed, photos or videos to a LECHE-operated server for processing.
With your permission, LECHE saves photos and videos to your Apple Photos library. With full access it also keeps each photo’s unedited original, so you can revert it in Photos, and reads your most recent library item to show it on the gallery button. LECHE does not browse, copy or upload other items. Photos access can be changed at any time in iPhone Settings → Apps → LECHE.
Apple Photos, iCloud and sharing
Your Apple settings control whether Photos syncs media to iCloud or includes it in a device backup. LECHE may ask Apple Photos to download an iCloud item so that you can open it. Apple handles that transfer under its own terms and privacy policy.
When you choose Share, iOS passes the selected file to the destination you choose. That app or service handles the file under its own policy. LECHE does not choose a sharing destination or publish your media automatically.
Settings and temporary files
Camera preferences are stored locally on your device. LECHE also creates temporary media and preview files to capture and save your work, and may retain a recording locally if it cannot be saved immediately. These app files are separate from media saved in Apple Photos.
You can reset camera preferences in LECHE. Removing the app removes its local app storage, subject to iOS and backup behavior. It does not delete photos and videos already saved to Apple Photos; manage those in Photos, including Recently Deleted and any iCloud copies.
Software update delivery
LECHE uses Expo’s EAS Update service to check for and download app updates. Requests to the update service include technical information needed to deliver a compatible update, such as operating system and app update information, and a randomized installation token. Network providers also receive connection information such as an IP address when serving requests.
Expo handles this information under its privacy policy. Its privacy explanation describes update requests in more detail. This update delivery is separate from processing your camera media.
Purchases and access checks
The purchase-enabled LECHE build uses Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat to load subscription options, validate transactions and determine access to paid features. Apple handles payments under your Apple Account; LECHE does not receive your payment-card details.
RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription information, such as product identifiers, transactions, renewal and entitlement status, together with a randomly generated app user identifier and technical app/device information. Requests to its service also involve connection information such as an IP address. Access checks can occur even if you do not buy. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy for its processing and retention practices. LECHE does not send camera media to RevenueCat, and does not configure advertising attribution or identifying subscriber attributes.
Subscription availability and introductory offers depend on the App Store configuration and your eligibility. See our subscription terms.
Crash reports
When LECHE crashes or hits an unexpected error, the app sends a crash report to Sentry, a crash-reporting service, so we can find and fix the problem. A report contains technical information only: the error and where it happened in the app’s code, the app version and update channel, the iPhone model, iOS version and similar device state. Crash reports are not linked to your identity, are not used for tracking or advertising, and never include your photos, videos, camera feed, screenshots or what you type.
Sentry stores the reports in the European Union. Our Sentry project is set not to store IP addresses. See Sentry’s privacy policy for its processing and retention practices. Development builds never send crash reports.
When you contact support
If you email LECHE, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that correspondence to answer questions, investigate issues and handle your requests. Register.it, our email service provider, delivers and stores these messages on our behalf.
We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence by emailing the privacy contact. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive images.

Your choices and requests
You control Camera, Microphone and Photos permissions through iPhone Settings. You can manage saved media in Apple Photos and choose whether to use iCloud or other sharing services. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or complain to your local privacy authority.
For information held in support correspondence, or other privacy questions, contact contact@lechespike.com. We may need enough information to verify and respond to a request. LECHE cannot delete information held independently by Apple, Expo, Cloudflare or a destination you selected; their policies describe how to make those requests.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the app’s information practices change and revise the date above.
